Order and Payment

We put orders from our website (and credit card orders by other means) through Paypal, one of the world's leading Internet payment services. After making an order on our site, you will be taken to Paypal's secure server to enter your credit card details... this information is then protected in transit over the Internet by SSL encryption. You may see a completed padlock or key in your browser when you are on the payment page. Long obsolete web browsers (typically version 3 or before) may not make a secure connection or may display an unnecessary security warning because their technology or internal security certificates are out of date.

Postage and Packaging

Depending on stock availability, we aim to dispatch all goods for delivery in the UK within 48 hours by Royal Mail however, please allow seven to ten working days for delivery. Please note that we do not take any responsibility for damaged or lost items caused by the postal service.

Returns Policy

At The Soapy Story, we hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, should there be any reason that you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your purchase to us for a full refund provided that:

- The goods are unused and in their original packaging

- You inform us that you wish to return the goods within seven working days from the date

   the goods are received.

- You return them to us within fourteen working days from the date you receive them.

Please note: Only items purchased on www.thesoapystory.co.uk are accepted for a return. We will not refund or exchange any items purchased at a store location other than www.thesoapystory.co.uk and will not issue credit on unauthorised returns.

When we pack your order prior to despatch, we will include with it, a delivery note giving details of your order, including the description of each item and the quantity delivered.

If for any reason the descriptions or quantities you receive are different to the delivery note, please contact us immediately by emailing orders@thesoapystory.co.uk or calling our office on +44 (0) 845 463 4261 during normal working hours.
