Essential Oils

Essential oils are concentrated vegetable essences, extracted from flowers,
leaves, fruits, trees, resins or roots.
Most essential oils are extracted by the traditional distillation (steam)
method; citrus oils are extracted by the cold press method, carefully squeezing
fruit peels.
Pleasurable aromas will improve well-being and health. A few drops of essential
oil will fill a room with an exquisite fragrance, refreshing the air and creating a wonderful fresh fragrant atmosphere.
Use essential oils to enjoy aromatic baths, skin care and
massage or create your own aromatic compositions either to flavour cream, soap or
shampoo.
Some aromas can influence a person in either a relaxing or stimulating way, evoking
bright and positive emotions.
Do not apply any essential oil directly to the skin without diluting it first in a suitable carrier oil.
